✅ Eligible for Return / Free Replacement:

• Wrong item delivered

• Manufacturing defect

• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Product must be unused

• Original packaging must be intact

❌ Not Eligible for Free Return:

• Change of mind

• Product not liked

• Ordered wrong model by customer

• Physical damage after delivery

• Improper installation damage
  
  

In non-defective return cases, delivery charge will be applicable.
